Processing & Production Every Solène piece is handcrafted to order. Please note our production timeline:

• Order Confirmation: Production begins once payment has been successfully received.

• Lead Time: Please allow 10–12 working days for your bag to be hand-crocheted and processed.

• Shipping: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

High Volume Periods During launches or high-volume seasons, lead times may be longer. We are committed to transparency and will communicate any adjustments to this timeline in advance via email.

Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you.
